This policy explains how Travls ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. The Travls card and app are covered by the terms and privacy notices you are given when you open an account, and those take precedence for anything you do there.
What we collect
When you subscribe to updates
If you enter your email address in the newsletter form, we store it so we can send you news about Travls. That is the only information the form collects.
When you email us
If you write to one of our addresses for support, press, partnerships or a job application, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, such as a CV.
When you visit
Like any website, the servers that deliver this one receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, not to identify or profile you.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not use cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To send the updates you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
- To answer the message you sent us.
- To consider your application for a role and contact you about it.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the newsletter, on taking steps at your request for job applications, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our email, under agreements that let them use it only on our instructions, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe, and other information only for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us (for example, for the duration of a recruitment process) or as long as the law requires.
Your rights

- ask us to correct it, or to delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing;

Travls works across borders, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires.
